We are able to support all industries - Healthcare, Software, Manufacturing, Government, Restaurants & Hospitality, Education, Retail, and more. We specialize in working with highly regulated industries to provide training that ensures local, state, and federal laws are adhered to and policies are complied with. Additionally, we can perform a review of your current training to and provide feedback that will mitigate potential legal risks. 


A member of our team will schedule a 45 minute call (Microsoft Teams or Zoom). Prior to the meeting, you'll receive a survey to gather additional information to help us tailor the conversation for maximum efficiency. During the call, we'll get to know your team, review the information we gathered about your organization's needs, provide a demonstration on the automated request system, and review pricing options. We'll follow up with a recap of the conversation. 


Most customers choose to sign a three-year contract with Bonim to take advantage of the best discount. The minimum contract length is one year.


The onboarding process can last from two to four weeks and components may vary depending on your organization's needs, but will generally follow the format below:


  • Kick-off call with your team to establish a timeline
  • Configuration of your automated request system
  • Testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality
  • Training for team members using the automated request system
  • Ongoing support with bi-weekly meetings for the first three months, followed by recurring monthly meetings.


Our structured approach ensures a smooth transition and long-term success.


During the onboarding phase, you'll meet biweekly for three months to ensure a smooth transition. After three months, recurring monthly review meetings will be scheduled.
